Processing Times

Every order is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare and package your items before they ship. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been placed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
