Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products which are handcrafted for personal care and home fragrance, all sales are final to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every single order, but if your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at sichere.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number in the subject and a photo of the damaged item(s) so we can process a replacement or refund where applicable as soon as possible. Products with a broken safety seal or any used product will be ineligible for return or replacement.
Gift Cards/Store Credit
All sales on gift cards are final. Credit can not be transfered or refunded.
